Bio

Trisha spent her summers as a child on the coast of Galiano Island, British Columbia. The natural serenity of the island found its way within her and guides her yoga and teaching practice. Yoga Alliance Certified through Trinity Yoga, Trisha’s teaching draws from a strong dance background and love of movement as well as continued studies in yoga therapy, philosophy and meditation.
Her love and curiousity for life has taken her around the world. Most recently, her third trip to India awakened greater understanding of the tradition and philosophy of yoga.

She currently teaches yoga at Shanti Yoga Works in Nelson, B.C.
