I have a friend that I lead through a yoga practice once a week who is going to be undergoing In-vetro fertilization next month—what are the do’s and don’ts? Are the precautions the same as someone who is already pregnant?  Are there any postures that will help the process?

Thank you for sharing this valuable information. Right now I’m busy with my work for mcse exams and then I’m planning to go to Canada mcitp exams and jncia training. That’s why these days I’m too busy with my documents and can not afford to search for these same things. Keep sharing ...

While your doctor may not be completely familiar with yoga and what is safe and what is not, you may want to ask your yoga instructor if they have been pregnant and what they did. If they’ve never been pregnant you may see if they know of another instructor who ahs been pregnant or if there are yoga classes for pregnant women in your area. As far as the in-vitro, I would believe that it would be the same as a normal pregnancy.
