Meditation is one of the basic principle of yoga.Meditation alone can bring us a host of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits. It is one of the key elements to all yoga practice, combining meditative Yoga Poses, Yoga Breath and conscious thought.

it’s about observing, about awareness, concentration kinda gives you a sense that you have to do something or focus on something, where as if you just observe

Meditation is generally an inwardly oriented, personal practice, which individuals can do by themselves. Prayer beads or other ritual objects may be used during meditation.

Meditation is universal. It transcends all divides like religion, country and culture. It is a gift given to mankind to access the infinite sprit not limited by any identity. It is the only tool that can aid a person to return to innocence.
