Dear friends, yogis and yoginis,
This summer newsletter acknowledges big changes and new directions for Trinity Yoga. The height of solar energy stimulates new growth and direction and with it the excitement of the new, and the nostalgia of what was. The successful evolution of Trinity Yoga over the past five years has been largely due to the powerful mystery of yoga and what it means to us now in our lives and particularly, in these times. Trinity Yoga and those of us who have had the opportunity to teach, to be with and witness growth and change amongst each other, the students, the grads and teachers, that is what we celebrate now and cherish at this time as we embark on our different paths.
It is an auspicious time for this transformation. Guru Purnima - the July full moon - is the day of the guru, dedicated to the light of the eternal teacher. It is a day set aside for giving and receiving, opening and embracing, breaking the barriers and walking forward, gathering lessons from our past experiences, reflecting on the present and planning for a bright future. A day for all of us to embrace with gratitude our teachers, the teachings and “the Guru”, without which there would have been no teachings. Thank you all for your courage to walk to the light and faith in us to assist you along the way.
Tat Sa,
Mary-Jo
