Bio

My interest in yoga began in 1995 with my first hatha yoga class. Since then I have studied Iyengar and more recently Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow. I completed the Trinity Teacher Training Program in 2003 and have helped faciliate the occasional course. I am also Trinity’s designer, web guy, business manager and board member.
