Mary-Jo Fetterly is a dynamic facilitator with an extensive background in psychology, nutrition, body centered psychotherapy, and yoga. She is the director and founder of Trinity Yoga and has taught all across Canada. A student of many world renown teachers, Mary-Jo is a graduate of Dr. Caroline Myss’s Energy Anatomy and can offer some amazing and valuable insights into this profound work.
During the Winter of 2004 she was paralyzed in a skiing accident near Nelson, B.C.. She continues to live in the moment and brings inspiration to those she connects with.
