Trinity Yoga

I discovered yoga at a hectic time in my life. At the end of my first class I fell asleep in Savasana. I was unaware of my great fatigue. When I awoke I began to listen more closely to my body. Quieting my mind allowed me to witness more within and around me. Sometimes my connection to all living things makes me ache - especially when I witness environmental destruction. But my deep connection also fills me with passion. I am discovering my voice and my unique gift of sharing my message of reconnection, peace, hope through music and dance.
