Bio

Ja’net (pronounced Jah-nay) is a Trinity Yoga Teacher and teaches yoga classes in the Calgary community.
Yoga has guided her to a deeper connection with her true self, brought calm and strength to face challenges and continues to fill her with a sense of amazement and joy with life. She has a strong interest in yoga as a healing tool and it continues to help her become whole in body, mind and spirit.

The personal benefits she has experienced with yoga has led her to teaching and sharing the gift of yoga with others. She teaches hatha yoga (yoga flow and yoga fusion) and yoga therapy classes. She is presently doing further teacher training in the tradition of Sri Krishnamacharya and his son, T.K.V. Desikachar through the Krishnamacharya Healing Yoga Foundation (http://www.khyf.net) and the Healing Yoga Foundation of San Francisco (http://www.healingyoga.org).
